Who attends the classes? People who are looking for a comprehensive antenatal class in one day rather than spread over multiple weeks. Our attendees are drawn from those attending all of the Dublin maternity hospitals (Holles St, The Coombe, Rotunda, Mt. Carmel) and also well represented from hospitals all around the country (Cork, Donegal, Galway, Limerick, Portlaoise, Wexford) or having home births. All are welcome!

Who is the class suitable for? The class is suitable for both first-time mums and repeaters! It covers late stage pregnancy, labour, delivery, birth and caring for your new baby. It also covers the practical aspects and impact of having a baby. The class is typically attended by the expectant mum plus birth partner but we can also accomodate mums who attend alone.

When should I attend? Expectant mums tend to attend their class sometime between the 28th to 36th week of pregnancy. The choice is yours and we will accomodate your preference.

Where are the classes held? The classes are held in the Tara Towers Hotel, Merrion Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. The venue is easily accessible by DART, Bus and has ample free car parking. Registration is 9am for a 9:30 kickoff. The classes typically finish before 5pm subject to questions.

What is the cost? The class costs €180 for 2 people or €120 for 1. This includes morning tea/coffee and a comprehensive information pack together with expert tuition.
