What do we do? We run 1-day Saturday Antenatal Classes that help prepare prospective parents for the arrival of their child (or children) in a friendly, humorous and relaxed environment.
Who attends the classes? People who are looking for a comprehensive antenatal class in one day rather than spread over multiple weeks. Our attendees are drawn from those attending hospitals in Dublin, Cork, Galway and indeed countrywide or having home births. All are welcome!
Who is the class suitable for? The class is suitable for both first-time mums and repeaters! It covers late stage pregnancy, labour, delivery, birth and caring for your new baby. It also covers the practical aspects and impact of having a baby. The class is typically attended by the expectant mum plus birth partner but we can also accomodate mums who attend alone.
When should I attend? Expectant mums tend to attend their class sometime between the 28th to 36th week of pregnancy. The choice is yours and we will accomodate your preference.

The venues are easily accessible and have ample free car parking. Registration is 9am -10am depending on venue. The classes typically finish before 5pm subject to questions.

The comprehensive information pack given at the end of the course means that you can consult the notes if you forget anything between the course and your birth. We also provide online resources here.
